Mobile Fleet Maintenance
Planned servicing at your yard for owner-operators and commercial fleets.
Built around less downtime.
For a fleet, a breakdown is a scheduling problem as much as a repair problem. Mobile maintenance lets routine work happen at your yard or site, around your dispatch, so units spend less time in a shop queue and more time on the road.
Fellows supports owner-operators and small to mid-size commercial fleets with planned servicing, inspections and breakdown support between visits. Scope depends on your units and the work required, so we start with a conversation about what you run and what keeps going wrong.

Planned, not reactive
Inspections and servicing scheduled before wear becomes a roadside call.
At your yard
Work happens where the units are parked, subject to space and safety.
Trucks and trailers
Tractors, straight trucks and trailers handled under one point of contact.
A phone that gets answered
Breakdown support is 24/7, so planned and urgent work go to the same team.

What mobile repair can and cannot do.
Honest expectations up front. If your job is on the right-hand list we will say so before anyone drives out.
Often possible on site
- Oil and filter changes
- Battery testing and replacement
- Lights, wiring and electrical checks
- Brake and air system inspections
- Trailer wheel-end and landing gear checks
- Minor repairs found during inspection
May need a shop or tow
- Major engine or transmission overhauls
- Collision and body repair
- Regulatory inspections
- Work needing a lift or controlled environment
Whether a repair can be completed on site depends on the fault, parts, vehicle condition, safety and service feasibility.

Four ways to avoid the next call.
Standardise pre-trip checks
A short, consistent checklist catches defects before they become breakdowns.
Track repeat faults per unit
A unit that keeps returning for the same fault needs root-cause work.
Schedule around dispatch gaps
Yard-side service works best when it fits the downtime you already have.
Keep service records
Records show what was done and when, and make the next decision easier.

Fleet enquiry
Common questions.
How large a fleet can you support?
Tell us the number and type of units and we will discuss what is practical.
Does mobile maintenance replace regulatory inspections?
No. Maintenance visits are not a substitute for required safety inspections, and defects found may need a vehicle held out of service until repaired.
Can you work around our dispatch schedule?
That is the point of yard-side service. Describe your schedule and we will discuss what is possible.
