Roadside & emergency assistance

24/7 Roadside & Emergency Assistance

Round-the-clock calls, mobile dispatch and on-site diagnosis when a unit breaks down.

Overview

Built around less downtime.

Being stuck on the shoulder or at a customer gate is stressful, and the first minutes matter. Fellows takes calls and WhatsApp messages around the clock so you can explain where you are and what happened, and get a straight answer on the options.

Roadside assistance here means a real conversation first: your location, the vehicle, the fault and whether the unit is somewhere safe. If a mobile mechanic can reach you and the repair is feasible, we arrange dispatch. If it is not, we say so and discuss alternatives. We never promise an arrival time we cannot control.

Good habits

Four ways to avoid the next call.

  1. Get to safety first

Hazard lights on, warning devices out, and stay clear of traffic.

  2. Know your exact location

Highway, direction, nearest exit or kilometre marker helps us a lot.

  3. Describe, do not diagnose

Tell us what you saw, heard and smelled before it stopped.

  4. Keep your phone charged

A dead phone is the second breakdown. Carry a charger in the cab.

FAQ

Common questions.

What should I do right after a breakdown?

Get to a safe place if you can, turn on hazard lights and set out warning devices as required. Then call with your location and the fault. Never work under an unsupported vehicle.

Will a mechanic reach me within a set time?

We do not promise arrival times. Timing depends on your location, availability, the fault and safety. We will tell you what is realistic when you call.

Can you help on a highway?

We serve the areas those highways run through. Give us the exact spot and direction of travel, and we will tell you whether a mobile visit is realistic and safe.
